How to Return
- Visit the Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email
- Select the product and choose return or replacement
- Ship the product back using instructions provided after approval
Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Cables and opened hygiene-sealed items may have restrictions
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
